Tim Holtz 12 tags of 2012

Tim Holtz is doing 12 Tags of 2012. This is my first try (March). I didn't have the cement embossing powder so I used silver. Not the same effect as Tim's but I am pleased with my first attempt. I love the mosaic technique!

My first time

Hello. This is my first post as a blogger. I am starting this blog just to satisfy my desire to write about my passions that involve creativity. I have so many bloggers to thank for giving me the courage and confidence to find my inner creative being. The two that are always at the top of my list are Tim Holtz and Centsational Girl.

Tim, you have made my world wonderful with your products and tutorials. I made over fifty Christmas cards in 2011 all inspired by your designs.

And Centsational Girl, I never dreamed in a million years I would have the courage to paint furniture. Now I have some beautifully transformed pieces in my home because you showed me how to do it on your blog. One of my favorite pieces is a writing desk. It was the first piece I painted and it now is in my play room where I enjoy you and Tim Holtz.

There are so many others that give me courage and inspiration. Thanks to all of you.

And if my blog helps just one person have the confidence to try to find their inner creative soul, I will be most pleased. I plan to post photos of some of my favorite creations. Enjoy!
